Not enough time or too ill or hungover to visit REVIV? Concierge in-room service is available throughout the Las Vegas Strip.

There is a $175 travel fee in addition to service prices which is non-refundable if cancelled within 24 hours of scheduled appointment time. Concierge travel fee may also be variable for parties of 4 or more clients. Concierge appointments can be reserved by calling (702) 533-1143 or via the booking form.

My nurse Jacklyn was amazing! I didn’t feel the needle at all she was very knowledgeable about the entire process. I say this because I have had trouble with needles with other offices. I will say I’ve done this IV process about 6 times now and this one is by far the best. I felt better then ever before when Ive done it so I feel like I’m actually getting the vitamins the other places were supposed to have giving me. I could go on and on but I’ll close out by saying it doesn’t hurt the process when your nurse Jacklyn just happens to be absolutely stunning she has a beautiful personality and is absolutely gorgeous! I rate the experience a 10 out of 10!read more

The staff was professional, kind and courteous. The location is clean, relaxing and inviting. The service is perfect. I could feel myself coming down with a cold and after using the ultraviolet hydration I immediately felt the difference! The staff was great they got me in 45 mins before they were scheduled to close. Which is unusual, we were still out of the office by 10:00. This place is a must have, not only in Vegas, but it should be everywhere that's extremely hot heat and busy with a lot of people. My wife has an IV to replace fluids and electrolytes that she lost and they sat us in these extremely comfortable chairs -- it was relaxing and great. We will definitely visit this place again.read more

I have been to other IV establishments, but hands down Reviv at the Vegas Cosmopolitan was the best, simply amazing! When I first walked in, I quickly noticed how peaceful it was inside. Claudia greeted me kindly and made me feel very welcome. I was 30 minutes earlier than my appointment and hoped they could get me in earlier, which they did. Jacqueline took me back to their triage room - it was nice to have a separate place to sit while they took my blood pressure and pulse and they even FaceTimed me in with their MD to go over a few medical questions. I appreciated their attention to detail and it all only took a few minutes - many IV places do not follow these protocols. Jacqueline was fantastic! She was careful and nice and then escorted me to a private suite for my IV. This was unexpected but what a great difference. I completely forgot about the strip, the music, the hustle and bustle, I simply got to relax in a wonderful massage chair in a dimly lit room. What a way to recharge. It only took 20 minutes. I asked Jacqueline if I could see the rest of their space - it's beautiful, very classy. She was great and was so very personable. I recommend this to anyone who travels to Las Vegas. Way to go Reviv! The client service is amazing!!read more

Reviv @ the Cosmo is INCREDIBLE! I got the Royal Flush and left feeling so fresh and ready for another night out!! On Sunday morning this place was hop’n. Amazing service. I flew in after a horrible case of food poisoning, I was SO dehydrated i could barely walk from my room upstairs. Treatment went great, facilities are spotless, after checking my vitals I talked to a doctor on facetime to go over any concerns. The IV treatment was so relaxing, nurse Josh is the sweetest and i was able to recover to make it to my conference.read more

This is my second time at Reviv, but first time at this Cosmo location. So swanky and the views of the Strip are A-MAZ-ING. I, like most people visiting Vegas end up drinking way more than I know I should, but getting a Reviv treatment is like my saving grace before I leave town. The Royal Flush is hands-down the best. I feel so hydrated and clean when I leave there and I freakin' live for those massage chairs. I am trying to figure out how to get one of those for my own house. If you are in Vegas, don't leave without doing a Reviv treatment. I promise you won't regret it!read more

Got a chance to get away for the weekend, but not without a killer hangover. Happened to stumble across this amazing joint in the cosmopolitan. Got the royal flush treatment for my hangover and managed to walk out feeling like a boss. Check out this amazing view you get during treatment. I found this amazing store at the cosmopolitan! Got a b12 shot and hangover iv in their lounge with a great view of the strip, the staff is very good and friendly.
