If for any reason we arrive at your location and cannot do the IV due to health status we will offer a refund for the IV. You will still be charged the mobile IV therapy fee.

2. Preparation of the IV Solution

We come to you, which means we will bring everything you need to prepare the IV infusion and administer it (see next step) safely at your home, hotel room or office.

Depending on the IV therapy you’ve chosen to have it will typically include a formulation of fluids, electrolytes, vitamins and minerals – sometimes medications depending on the IV.
