Your REVIV appointment begins with a sign-in process, a medical questionnaire, and a screening with one of our Preventative Health Practitioners. This is where we discuss your wellness goals, review any relevant medical history, and talk through the therapy you’ve chosen—or recommend a suitable option for you. This initial step usually takes around 10–15 minutes.

Once you’re cleared, a small cannula is placed in your arm. You’ll then be taken to a comfortable space while your drip is prepared. When ready, your practitioner will set up the IV on a stand and connect you to the infusion. The drip typically starts slowly, and the practitioner may adjust the rate based on your absorption, comfort levels, and individual needs.

When your infusion is complete, the cannula is removed, a plaster is applied, and you’re free to continue with your day. Experiences vary for each customer, and your practitioner will be there to guide you throughout the entire process.
